Far Northern GBR remote Diving Trips

The remote and spectacular Far Northern GBR offers world class diving experiences.

Due to typically strong trade winds for much of the year the Far Northern season runs from October to January when trade winds slacken as the monsoon builds.

2020 … what a crazy year!
We have 1 trip available to Queensland based divers, and only those from non declared COVID-19 hotspots.
This is the closest thing to an international dive holiday this year!

Nov 2 Ribbon reef #3 (Steve’s Bommie) / Ribbon Reef #5
Nov 3 Cod Hole / Lizard Island
Nov 4 Scooterboot / Stanley Island (incredible indigenous rock art)
Nov 5 Manu’s (3 mile opening) / Sandbank #7
Nov 6 Tijou Reef / Tijou Reef
Nov 7 Mantis Reef / Wishbone Reef (The Catherdral)
Nov 8 Wood Reef / GDR
Nov 9 Great detached Reef (GDR)
Nov 10 GDR; many fantastic dive sites to choose from like Da Phat
Nov 11 GDR; or Barry’s Bommie or Captain Blood’s Wall of Terror…
Nov 12 Raine Island Reef / ‘Sharkies’
Nov 13 RMS Quetta SHipwreck Cape York / Dinner on Thursday Island
Nov 14 Disembark Horn Island for flights back to Cairns

We only take a maximum of 12 divers on these extended trips.
4 individual berths available in Quad share cabin
4 x 2 berth upstairs cabins available.
The upstairs cabins will be sold as twin share only, to people from the same household or dive buddies from the same social group in accordance with our COVID safe plan.
